Lessons from the Strawberry Patch

A few Sabbaths ago I was in the Tillamook, OR church lobby giving a brief orientation to a group headed to India this December. One of the ladies going told of how she was invited but really didn’t want to go. But one morning, as she was praying and working in her strawberry patch, she was impressed that Jesus invites us to go out into the strawberry patches of the world and pick fruit for Him. Sometimes it is hot and dirty work, but the fruit tastes sweet and we know He is with us. Blessing to all of you who go out into the strawberry patches of the US and the world to pick fruit for Jesus.
