The Oregon Conference is encouraging new work in the Pearl District of downtown Portland, Oregon. The nucleus group calls themselves “Portland City Center Sanctuary.” Their website is up and running, they are meeting in various locations until a more permanent home can be established, and they are led by former Hood View, OR pastor Dan George.
