When was the last time your church took time to specifically recognize God’s power and grace as Creator and Redeemer? Creation Sabbath is a special time of celebration! A chance to rejoice, praise, and rest with God as we enjoy the creation He made. The Seventh-day Adventist Church designated the fourth Sabbath in October as Creation Sabbath. This annual celebration is acknowledging God as our Creator and the implications that this biblical teaching has for us . . . to create a worldwide sense of unity in promoting this belief in a positive light.
Creation Sabbath is coming soon and the NPUC Creation Study Center, would like to encourage your church to participate. If you haven’t checked out www.creationsabbath.net, take a look. There are lots of resources on ways you can advertise, such as posters and banners, social media options, and videos to show during your church service. There are also graphics en español.

HE SAID GO Missions Conference 2016: The purpose of this conference, to be held on Nov. 18-20 in San Diego, Calif., is to serve as a catalyst for missions, not only overseas, but also in domestic service. It is our prayer that our local church members become active in their communities and abroad. In order to accomplish this task, we are inviting medical professionals, our union and conference leaders, university/college presidents and their respective chaplains, along with their missions coordinators, to be part of this special gathering. We are also inviting youth directors, youth pastors, academy chaplains, and young adults. From Native American mission opportunities, including the Siberian Eskimos in northern Alaska, to Guam-Micronesia Mission territory, it is our prayer that everyone attending will choose to respond to the opportunities of service that God may present to them.
